- 1 cup dry orzo pasta
- 2½ cups broth (chicken or veggie)
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 package Boursin cheese (Garlic & Herb)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: fresh herbs for garnish
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and orzo; toast for 2–3 minutes.
- Pour in broth and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir frequently for 8–10 minutes until orzo is tender.
- Turn off heat, stir in Boursin cheese until fully melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with herbs if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Stir orzo often as it simmers to prevent sticking.
- If liquid absorbs too quickly, add a splash more broth.
- Try different Boursin flavors like Shallot & Chive or add spinach for variety.
