
- 8–10 chicken drumsticks
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine maple syrup, Dijon mustard, vinegar, garlic, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add drumsticks to a Ziploc bag and pour in marinade.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Place drumsticks on sheet and bake 30–35 minutes, turning once.
- While baking, simmer leftover marinade until slightly thickened.
- Brush thickened glaze on drumsticks in final 5 minutes.
- Broil for 2–3 minutes for crispy finish.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Best served warm, but can also be eaten at room temp.
- Store leftovers in fridge for 3 days.
- Great for meal prep or doubling for crowds.
