Ingredients

  • 8–10 chicken drumsticks
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine maple syrup, Dijon mustard, vinegar, garlic, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add drumsticks to a Ziploc bag and pour in marinade.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  5. Place drumsticks on sheet and bake 30–35 minutes, turning once.
  6. While baking, simmer leftover marinade until slightly thickened.
  7. Brush thickened glaze on drumsticks in final 5 minutes.
  8. Broil for 2–3 minutes for crispy finish.
  9. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Best served warm, but can also be eaten at room temp.
  • Store leftovers in fridge for 3 days.
